Schedule for automated backups

It depends on the total size of the included files and on how often you make changes in the files.

The most common strategy is to create a full backup weekly, and an incremental backup (that contains only changed files) daily.

Whatever schedule you set, you can always run the backup manually by using your desktop shortcut.
