This window "grabs" all backup versions for comments you've entered every time when you created a new backup. You can edit comments history and finally save result text to the disk file. It can be very convenient when you need have a report like "What changes happen with my files/folders?". For example, the screenshot above was got from a real ABE project. We use it to backup and track changes of the Active Backup Expert source code.
